The Google Sheet is a reference tracking sheet for everyone to be able to keep track of what businesses have already been called on (calls may have been made and we don’t have the item yet). Since we have Rotarians and Paws board members calling on businesses, please be sure you are putting down who you are contacting on the list so business are not being asked to donate more than once.
- Public Image Grant Award - The Club received $250 from the District to promote Rotary. Our Club will use the funds to grow awareness of Rotary and focus on membership.
- Pass the Buck Program Ideas - Our annual dinner will be Monday, June 24. See Linda Klemesrud if you have ideas for a speaker.
-
Sign up for your meals! We continue to ask our members to sign up for meals each week to help us control food waste and membership costs. The weekly menus are also shown on the sheet. Please be sure to sign up by noon on Fridays! We need to give an accurate count to Dave's so we have enough meals for our members and guests. Not sure if you will make it? It is better to put your name on the list by noon Friday and take it off later if needed.

Program: This week's program was presented by Jen Burton, mobile food pantry coordinator, with an update on the program in Floyd County. The monthly offering is presently serving about 200 households. A team of volunteers, including a spotlight volunteer group, packs and distributes food provided through the Northeast Iowa Food Bank. A new partnership with Saint John's Church has also opened a limited opportunity for delivery to shut-ins. If you are interested in volunteering or have program questions, you can reach out to Jen at 641-220-1769.
