Club Survey - The Board and committee chairs are planning for the next Rotary year and would appreciate your input and feedback on topics important to the club. We hope you will take some time to thoughtfully respond to the survey below. Several questions are open-ended to allow specific responses. Responses are anonymous and will be compiled for the Board and committee chairs to review and can be available to the Club at-large.
The survey will remain open through April 15, 2025.
Person of the Year and Caught in the Act Nominations - Nominations are now being accepted for the “Caught In The Act” and Person of the Year awards to be presented April 25th at the annual Community Volunteer Recognition Event. Caught in the Act nominees can be anyone seen doing an unselfish act to help others or their community the past 12 months. Person of the Year nominees should be those who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to Charles City through work and community involvement. Nomination forms can be obtained here or by contacting the Chamber/Main Street Charles City office at (641) 228-4234 or by emailing info@charlescitychamber.com.
School Post Bond Referendum Survey - The Charles City School District wants your feedback on the November 2023 bond referendum (high school improvements). Please take this anonymous 2-minute survey to help shape our future plans.
Citywide Clean Up Pickup Day (April 23) - In a partnership with the City, the Club will once again need a few volunteers to help with coordinated pickup during citywide clean up. This year's date will be Wed. April 23. Volunteers will meet at the High School at 8:30am. See Steve Diers if you would like to help.
MEAL SIGN UP - Please be sure to sign up by noon on Fridays! Reminder to add meals for guests (other than the program). We need to give an accurate count to Dave's so we have enough meals for our members and guests. Not sure if you will make it? It is better to put your name on the list by noon Friday and take it off later if needed. The weekly menus are also shown on the sheet.
